Pricing questions
Do you charge per staff member?
No. You pay one price for the business, with unlimited staff and locations, so adding a casual for summer costs nothing.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free, and no card is needed to start. New shops trial AI Plus, so you can see everything. Then choose the plan that suits you.
What’s in the AI allowance?
AI Plus includes a monthly allowance for the AI manager. If it runs out, the rest of Taveroo keeps working as normal, and every task can still be done by hand. Extra AI use will be available as prepaid top-ups later, so there are no surprise charges.
Are there contracts or minimums?
No. Pay month to month and cancel any time.
Is GST included?
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Does it calculate pay or award rates?
No. Taveroo doesn’t calculate pay or give award or legal advice. Rules such as hours for under-18s are set by your business, and the app checks the roster against them.
